Each folder contains three types of files. One is a shapefile for country data. This files can be used in GIS and contains all the events associated with each country. An excel (xlsx) version is also included. These files can contain events that occur within a state but are associated (by group) with another state. A third file (called country_Full.xls) includes all the events for state groups, including events that occur outside of state borders. For example, a Uganda_Full file contains LRA events which occur in CAR, Sudan and DRC. Data is available in as excel files and can be accessed by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a specific request as to the countries and years required. Data for Afghanistan and Pakistan are available from 2006-2009. Files not accessible now will be available in the next few days and shapefiles will be up shortly
